We are very excited to announce that we will be hosting two one-day yoga + wellness retreats taking place Sunday, August 18th and Sunday, September 15th! These retreats are an opportunity to escape + detach from city life, connect + nourish you body and mind, and experience ultimate relaxation + rejuvenation in a luxury country setting.

WHERE ARE THE RETREATS?

The retreats are located at a 43 acre family country property just one hour outside of the city, south of Uxbridge, ON.

WHAT DOES THE LAYOUT OF THE DAY LOOK LIKE?

10:30am: arrive, greet + settle
11am: first 75-minute yoga class
12:30pm: lunch
1-3pm: swim / nature walk / relax
3pm: second 75-minute yoga class
4:30pm: afternoon snack
6pm: departure back to the city

WHAT KINDS OF YOGA CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED?

The first 75 minute class (11am) will be a Move More, the second class (3pm) will be an Ease.

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

All of our food will be prepared by Brain Food, whose dishes are all gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and vegan.

Lunch will include a family-style spread with two salads, a grain dish and dessert. The afternoon nourishment will include a rainbow snack board. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be provided.

WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO UP THERE?

The property contains a main house and separate indoor yoga studio. It also has a pool, hot tub and surrounding walking trails. We’d like these retreats to feel like a true detachment from city life, so will be encouraging all attendees to leave their devices in their bags. Moving our bodies, meditating, reading and journaling will be the focus!

HOW DO I GET UP THERE?

Although transportation is not included with the retreat price, we will be helping to organize carpools with facilitators and other attendees. Stay tuned for details once you've got your ticket!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A yoga mat, bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, clothes to practice in and hang out in afterwards. Optional: reading material + notebook.

$99 + HST
