🎾 Full-Body Tune-Up 🎾 is back!

Full-Body Tune-Up

Saturday, October 3
2:30 - 4:30pm

Join Patricia Dominski for a 2-hour mobility and self-massage workshop designed to release built-up tension, improve joint mobility, and help you move and feel better in your body.

This workshop combines controlled mobility work with targeted self-massage techniques to improve circulation, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation. You’ll explore a balance of active movement and restorative release, leaving you feeling lighter, looser, and more connected to your body.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Guided Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) to explore and improve joint mobility
  • Targeted self-massage techniques using massage balls and other props to release tension from head to toe
  • Active mobility and deep release to help create longer-lasting changes in how your body feels and moves
  • The use of yoga straps, blocks, and massage balls to support and enhance your practice
  • Simple, practical tools you can incorporate into your everyday routine to help maintain mobility and reduce tension

Who is this for?

All levels are welcome. This workshop is ideal for anyone experiencing stiffness or built-up tension, feeling limited in their mobility, wanting to support joint health, or simply looking for practical ways to feel more relaxed and connected to their body.

You’ll leave with a greater understanding of how to move your body safely, simple techniques to reduce tension, and tools you can use to support mobility and well-being in your day-to-day life.

Curious about how the body moves and adapts, Patricia encourages students to explore movement with awareness, creativity and playfulness. Her goal is to help people move better, feel stronger, and develop practical tools for supporting their bodies both in and beyond the studio.
