  • Breathe, Sleep, Gong

    Saturday, April 6 @ 6 — 8:00pm

Join us for a communal evening to tune into the power of subtlety and sound: a 2-hour practice of classical Kundalini yoga, (pranayam, kriya and mantra meditation), breath work and deep rest permeated by a sound bath, led by Renelyn Quinicot.

Through repetitive dynamic meditation, chanting, and deeply psychedelic breath work techniques, this offering explores the different ways we can open ourselves up through the wisdom and resources of our own bodies. This practice will end in a live restful soundscape using traditional vibrational + resonant instruments used for healing and meditation such as a 28" symphonic gong, crystal bowls, and chimes.

Kundalini Yoga is a practice toward the unravelling of energy that is suppressed, or dormant at the base up the spine. This often is described as pent-up emotion, thoughts or physical tension.
