Join us for a 75-minute gentle and restorative yoga class + sound bath to explore the quiet power of doing less and feeling more.
Led by Janeva Faircloth and Therese Hadfield, this practice blends guided meditation with quiet reflection. The balance of instruction and stillness helps you deepen your awareness and observe your inner experience more clearly.
Janeva takes a curious, exploratory approach, helping you tune into how your body naturally wants to move, breathe, and rest. Therese creates a supportive space that honours the uniqueness of your body, guiding you toward a stronger sense of safety and ease within yourself.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Grounding movement and restorative stillness
- Elements of Yoga Nidrā and intentional breath work
- A layered sound bath, supported by props for deeper rest
This workshop is open to all experience levels and is ideal for anyone looking to tend to the deeper layers of themselves, notice sensation, feel, and listen with receptivity.
You’ll leave feeling reflective and connected with a greater capacity to slow down from the permission to do less. Please wear something comfortable and warm to support longer periods of rest.
