    This 90-minute class with Jaffer Hussain offers space to honour the year behind you and attune to winter’s wisdom, a time for quiet planning and planting seeds that will bloom when warmth returns.

    Beginning in stillness with meditation, this practice will gradually unfold into a slow, strong, and unhurried vinyasa. Grounding and deliberate, each shape is given time to be fully explored, guided by breath and awareness.

    Expect a juicy, mindful flow, deep stretches, a lingering cool-down, and a long, nourishing Savasana. Ideal for those looking to deepen their practice or simply recalibrate. Leave feeling steady, warm, energized, and aligned with the path ahead.
