Memberships are designed to offer an affordable way to bring regular practice into your daily life. We have two membership options:

Light - 4 classes - $68 ($17 / class)
Full - 8 classes - $124 ($15.50 / class)

Our memberships cycle and charge the card on file on the same date every month. If you do not use up the classes, they do not roll over to your next 1-month cycle. If you take more classes than your membership allows, you will be charged additionally per class at the per-class rate of your membership.


Consistency + repetition are the name of the game in getting the most out of your time at Good Space! Memberships are the most effective and affordable way to stay motivated to a daily or weekly physical, mental and spiritual practice. Beyond the discount in per-class price, our membership options both see 15% off Good Space branded merchandise and workshops.


Both memberships are auto-renew options, meaning they require a valid credit card for purchase and will take automatic withdrawals from this card, beginning the day you sign up for your membership. You will be charged until you cancel.

There is a minimum commitment of two billing cycles or, otherwise, a $50 + HST fee to early cancel your membership.

Should a default occur on an automatic payment, a $10 + HST fee will be applied after 72 hours if not reconciled, at which time the membership will be placed on hold until resolution.


To cancel your membership, you must give a minimum 7 days notice before your next automatic payment date. If notice is given less than 7 days before the next payment date, Good Space will take one additional payment after the cancellation has been made, and membership privileges will continue for the duration of that additional billing period charged. Temporary holds/suspensions may be made on your membership a maximum of 2 times every membership year for a minimum of 2 weeks and no longer than 4 each hold. These are designed for travel and injuries, where a regular practice isn’t possible.

To place a hold on your membership, email us with your first and last name, intended hold start date and end date and we will get back to you within 3 business days with approval or a request for more information.

Membership guest passes

Sharing is caring! If you have a friend that has never been to the studio before, their first class with you, is on us. Please email us with their name, email address and the class you'd like to take together a minimum of 48 hours before the class, and we will add a friend pass to their account.

If your request arrives within 48 hours of the class, we cannot guarantee it will be honoured as our email response time is 48 hours. Your guest will not be able to sign up at the studio with a guest pass unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Late canceling classes and no-shows

Class registration may be canceled online up to 6 hours before class start-time. Should you cancel within this 6-hour window or miss a class, you will lose that class on your membership.
