The perfect post-yoga snack!

Providing your body with a variety of carbohydrates + protein, fuelling + repairing you with the energy you need to replenish. Add ingredients to a food processor, prepping in advance for a quick grab and go snack.

 

Coconut cake

8 dates

Pinch salt + cinnamon

1/3 cup oats + almonds + coconut flakes

1 tbsp coconut oil + maple syrup

Splash of almond milk (if mixture is dry)

     

    Matcha honey

    8 dates

    Pinch salt

    1/3 cup pepitas

    2 tbsp hemp seeds

    2 tsp matcha powder

    1 tbsp peanut butter

    1 tsp honey

    Splash of almond milk (if mixture is dry)

       

      Banana oat

      1/4 banana

      1/3 cup oats + coconut flakes

      Handful of pecans

      Pinch salt + cinnamon

      2 tbsp hemp seeds

      Chocolate chips (topping)
